I AM PASSIONATE about helping people get their health and happiness back on track. While studying Nutritional Science and understanding how foods effect our body, I was introduced to Reconnective Healing. I travelled to Melbourne to complete an International Certificate in Reconnective Healing and I got to experience a healing session for myself and within two days noticed a huge shift in my life. It was just amazing and I knew that this could help so many people.  ​ In my practice I love to see how small changes can make a big difference to your overall  well-being.  ​ I work in a relaxed private practice nestled under Mount Taranaki and the Pouakai Ranges, neighbouring the Mountain forest is the base of our Wellness Centre.
